Update who you wish to receive the benefits from your MNOPF pension in the event of your death by completing the Expression of Wish form and returning it to myMNOPFpension.

Making a complaint

The Trustee aims to provide you with the highest standards of service, but there may be times when you, or your beneficiaries, are unhappy about something. Most queries can be sorted our informally, by contacting myMNOPFpension.

If you have a problem which cannot be resolved, or is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may wish to consider making a formal complaint through the Fund’s Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure.
